Our state-of-the-art 18,500 sq ft indoor facility in NE Calgary is designed for comfort, safety, and fun:

  • Fully fenced outdoor play space (¾ acre)

What Your Dog’s Stay Includes

Every overnight stay includes a full day of daycare, so your pup enjoys plenty of exercise, enrichment, and connection.

During their stay, your dog will receive:

  • A full day of supervised play and social time

  • Feeding, medication (if needed), and attentive care

  • Plenty of love, attention, and snuggles

By day, dogs enjoy open-concept play in carefully selected groups.
By night, they retreat to their own private, comfortable sleeping space for a restful sleep.

Requirements & Safety

To ensure a safe environment for all dogs:

  • All dogs must be fully vaccinated

  • We do not require dogs to be spayed or neutered

  • Trial days are not required

While we accommodate many temperaments, we are unable to accept dogs that show aggression toward humans or exhibit destructive behaviours. If you’re unsure, our team is happy to help assess if we’re the right fit.

New Food Prepackaging Policy
Starting January 1st, all clients are required to prepackage their pet’s kibble and raw food in individual baggies or containers. Treats, wet food, and supplements do not need to be prepackaged and can be kept separate. Please ensure that medications are not packaged with food, as this allows us to monitor medication intake accurately and safely.

Why This Policy?
We’ve introduced this policy to improve efficiency during feeding times, especially during high-boarding periods. Prepackaged portions allow us to feed pets quickly and accurately, helping us keep our prices affordable. Without this policy, we’d need more staff for feeding times, which would result in higher boarding costs. Additionally, this helps us manage our limited storage space, as large food bins are challenging to accommodate for every pet.

The health and happiness of the animals in our care is our number one concern. We require that all vaccines be up-to-date, and proof of vaccinations are provided prior to starting services. We require that all dogs have their Bordetella, DA2PP, and Rabies vaccines to be up to date and all cats to have their FVRCP and Rabies. We also highly recommend that your pet be treated monthly with topical treatments of Revolution or Advantage Multi. This is not mandatory, however, these are flea, tick, mite, and lice treatments, and without these your pup is at higher risk of picking something up from other dogs. We recommend speaking with your vet about these treatments. Puppies are also required to have at least their first two sets of shots, however, we recommend you seek your veterinarian’s recommendation prior to bringing your puppy to our facility for any type of service. Your dog does not need to be spayed or neutered to join us for daycare or boarding, however they must be spayed or neutered at or before 2 years of age to participate in any of our mobile services.

  • Prices do not include GST and are subject to change at any time.

  • Prices do not include Gas Surcharge, if applicable.

  • A small late checkout fee will apply if you pick up after 12pm.

Booking policy

All reservations must be pre-booked. A $50 deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your spot. If cancellation is made more than 48 hours before your reservation, we can refund the deposit or apply a credit to your account, whichever you prefer. If cancellation is requested within 48 hours of your reservation, or you do not show up, no refund or credit will be given for your deposit. Payment is due in full at drop off. If your stay is extended, or services are added, payment for the outstanding balance is due at the time of pickup. During our peak seasons (June-August, all long weekends & holidays), there will be no refunds for early pickup. We accept debit, credit, or cash. Deposits can be paid by credit card or e-transfer at the time of booking.
